Refund and Returns Policy
1. Consultation Services
As a professional service provider, we aim for client satisfaction. However, refunds for consultancy services will be considered only if services are not delivered as per the agreed terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the service delivery. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or advisory services that have been utilized.
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval, back to the original payment method.
